Having started in the small niche of wall-mounted air conditioning unit cleaning in the summer of 2011, Éric Fortin has accumulated an experience spanning five seasons.
More than 1000 satisfied customers have already benefited from the cleaning of their wall air conditioner when he worked for A/ C Net Clim and for Air Con Clean as an employee and then as a self-employed worker.
Having graduated from University, he decided to come back as an entrepreneur this time around.
Do you clean other types of air conditioners than the wall unit?
As our equipment is custom made to clean wall-mounted air conditioners, we do not offer our service for other types of air conditioners (central air conditioning, recessed wall unit and window air conditioner).
How often should you have your wall mounted air conditioner cleaned?
To this question several answers are possible. We recommend having your wall-mounted air conditioner cleaned at least every two or three years so that it has optimal efficiency and provides quality air. Different factors can be taken into account to judge the frequency of cleaning: the use of your device, exposure to debris, hair and dust (surrounding construction, animals, interior renovations, etc.), ambient humidity, etc. You may even need to have your air conditioner cleaned on an annual cycle. It will be up to your good judgment.
Which territory serves A/C Propre?
We serve the greater Montreal area (North Shore and South Shore).
If you happen to be outside the area we serve, please note that we may agree (depending on the
distance) to offer our service for a contract that includes cleaning three or more air conditioners.
Covid 19
With regard to Covid 19, we will respect government health recommendations once in the workplace (distancing and wearing a mask). We should also add that our KO + degreasing and disinfectant soap is a product approved by Health Canada against Covid 19.
